Chummie Bedwetting Alarm Warranty Information

Theos Medical Systems warrants the Chummie bedwetting alarm unit for a period of one (1) year and the IntelliFlex sensor for a period of three (3) months product against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use from the original date of purchase. This warranty will be granted only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Theos Medical Systems will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from this product, regardless of the legal theory asserted. The warranty will be void if the serial number is tampered with, if you repair or modify this product, or you otherwise damage the product due to accident, misuse, neglect, mishandling or other abuse not arising from defects in material or workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover used waterproof bedding, Joy potty trainers, IntelliFlex sensors, used Comfy-armbands, used Flexitapes and other Chummie accessories.

Any component or part(s) which become defective in normal use due to faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished product(s) at our discretion free of cost. The replacement product carries the original equipment warranty. All replaced parts or products become property of Theos Medical Systems and will not be returned.

A RMA number is valid for 15 days. Return product must be mailed within 15 days of receiving the RMA number. Items received without a RMA number or items postmarked after the RMA number has expired will not be returned.

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, freight paid, with insurance, and in its original packaging, the original invoice or sales receipt indicating the date and point of purchase (photocopies are not accepted), valid RMA number along with an explanation of the problem to the address as follows:

All costs to dispatch, customs and insurance will be at the owner’s expense. Replacement units will be mailed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
